Becoming a parent can sometimes feel lonely, even more so when you live far from your family and loved ones. You may have little support around you, and few people nearby going through the same thing at the same time.
Faced with doubts and the countless questions of daily life, the circles & sharing bring together expecting and new mothers, as well as co-parents, to share what they are going through in a caring setting. Each session is built around a particular theme. We listen to one another, we reassure each other, we discover we are not alone… and we often leave feeling lighter!
Each circle is built around a topic: birth stories, postpartum, sleep, the couple, going back to work… Themes are announced in advance.
Around the theme, everyone shares their experience and questions at their own pace, and the conversation follows what is alive in the group.
Sometimes I invite a specialist in the topic at hand to share their expertise and answer your questions.
Each circle takes place over a light snack, in a gentle, caring and confidential setting: what is said in the circle stays in the circle.
Depending on the theme, some circles are reserved for mothers, expecting mothers or co-parents, while others are open to everyone.
