Bath time can be delicate with a newborn: you worry about holding them wrong, your movements may feel hesitant and unsure, and baby doesn't always enjoy it. What if bath time became, instead, a bubble of calm, for them and for you?
During the workshop, I teach you how to swaddle your baby and give them a relaxing bath safely, then a few simple massage movements to extend this moment of relaxation.
Your baby is swaddled in a soft cloth, then gently lowered into water at the ideal temperature. Wrapped and supported, they rediscover sensations they know well: the warmth, the containment and the lightness they felt in their mother's womb.
The cloth is then gradually removed, at their own pace, so that they discover the water without any surprise. Many babies relax deeply in it, and some even fall asleep!
We begin by getting to know each other or catching up, and talking about your baby, your habits and your questions about bath time.
Swaddling, the movements for giving a relaxing bath safely, then a few basic massage movements. We also talk about how bath time evolves as your baby grows. You do the practicing, and I guide you step by step.
We take a few minutes to talk about what you experienced and answer your last questions.
Want to go further with touch? Learn to massage every part of your baby's body, in a single session or in a cycle of 4 sessions.

Every family is unique: I can also create a tailor-made support with you, adapted to your needs and wishes. Feel free to contact me to talk about it.
No online payment: we organize everything together, by message. Euro equivalents are given for information only.
The swaddle bath can be done from the very first days. It is especially suited to the first weeks, while baby still likes to be held snugly and the sensations of life in the womb are still fresh in their memory.
At your home, anywhere in Ho Chi Minh City, in your usual bathroom: you learn directly in everyday conditions.
You can bathe your baby in a small tub or in your large bathroom bathtub. One of the parents can also get into the bath with the baby, if they wish. We talk it through together before the workshop to choose what suits you.
Also have two towels and a spare diaper ready. If you have a large swaddling cloth, you can use it; I always bring some, just in case.
Don't worry: we always follow their pace. We take the time to reassure them, and we resume when they're ready.
Of course! As much as you like: it's a lovely moment to share, and a gesture they can then continue at home.
