With or without an epidural, as a couple or on your own… Every plan is valid, and so is every family. I support you as you are, with a gentle, steady and reassuring presence, from the start of labor until the first moments with your baby.
When the intensity rises, I help you keep your confidence and stay connected to what you are experiencing. Far from your loved ones, in a maternity hospital where they don't always speak your language, knowing a familiar person is there makes a big difference.
A doula's support always complements medical care.
Baby chooses their moment: I stay available for you.
My on-call period starts 3 weeks before your due date and ends 1 week after. During these 4 weeks, my phone stays on, day and night: you can reach me at any time, at the first signs or for the smallest question.
Together we decide on the right moment for me to come, at home or at the maternity hospital. You can then approach the end of your pregnancy with a lighter mind.
On the big day, I take care of the tasks you have entrusted to me: all you have to do is focus on your baby. My support follows your rhythm and evolves as labor progresses. Our prenatal appointments let us prepare all of this in advance.
You are my priority, but a birth turns the whole household upside down. I help the co-parent find their footing and catch their breath when they need to, and I can think of the children already at home. Everyone lives this moment in their own way, and everyone matters.
The care team looks after your health and your baby's. I look after your comfort, your emotions and your plan. These two roles complement each other, and I work with the team with complete trust.
A large scientific review, bringing together 26 trials and nearly 16,000 women in 17 countries, compared births with and without continuous support during labor. On average, being continuously accompanied is associated with:
fewer cesareans
fewer births with forceps or vacuum
less use of pain relief during labor
shorter labor, on average
fewer experiences felt as negative

Every family is unique: I can also create a tailor-made support with you, adapted to your needs and wishes. Feel free to contact me to talk about it.
No online payment: we organize everything together, by message. Euro equivalents are given for information only.
Yes, doulas are welcome in the delivery room in Ho Chi Minh City! It is important, though, to talk about it beforehand with the medical team at your place of birth. If the team doesn't know me yet, the ideal is for me to come and introduce myself at one of your follow-up appointments, such as a monthly visit. That way everyone meets before the big day, in an atmosphere of trust.
Whenever you feel the need. We stay in touch from the very first signs, and I join you at home or directly at the maternity hospital, whichever reassures you most.
I support you in French, and I can help you understand what is happening and express your wishes to the team. I do not replace an official medical interpreter.
As much of a role as they wish! I don't take their place: I support them, reassure them and help them be there for their partner as best they can, especially when labor is long.
Every birth is unique. Whatever happens, I stay by your side as far as the medical team allows, to support you and help you live this moment as peacefully as possible.
It is best to plan at least one meeting before the birth, so we can get to know each other, build a bond of trust, and so that I can learn about your birth plan.
