Your trust matters, especially when we talk about pregnancy and birth. Here, simply, is what is collected and why.
When you fill in the “Book an appointment” form, I receive: your name, your email, your phone number (optional), your language, what you are looking for, and, if you wish, your due date or your baby's age, your maternity hospital, whether this is your first baby, and your message.
Only to reply to you and organize any support. Your information is never sold, never used for advertising, and never passed on to anyone else.
The form uses the Web3Forms service, which forwards your message to my email inbox (Gmail). These providers process the data only to deliver your request. You can also contact me directly by WhatsApp, Zalo or email, though these services have their own privacy policies.
Our exchanges are kept for as long as needed for our relationship, then deleted on simple request, or at the latest 3 years after the last contact.
This site uses Google Analytics to measure, anonymously, the number of visits and the pages viewed, in order to improve its content. These statistics do not allow you to be personally identified.
You may at any time request access to your information, its correction or its deletion, by writing to douladecoco@gmail.com. These rights apply in accordance with Vietnamese personal data protection regulations and, for people residing in the European Union, the GDPR.
